In Step 2 in Maximization using simplex method it says that the entering value should be the lowest (non-positive) in the z-row, how about the leaving variable? where do we get the least positive value? which row or column?

The leaving variable is determined by finding the smallest positive ratio of the RHS values to the positive coefficients in the entering column.
